Donny did an outstanding job helping me sell my Condo. Very knowledgeable, knows the market, easy to talk with, doesn't overwhelm you, gets back to you in a timely manner. He has a very nice team of people to assist. Very hard worker. When I need a Real Estate Professional again it will be Donny Piwowarski.

Where do I start? Donny Piwowarski is simply the best! After interviewing Donny, we just knew he would be the ideal agent in helping us sell our house. He immediately got to work. Provided me with a CMA of our house and got the ball rolling. Two of the MANY things that stood out about him is how great his marketing and negotiation skills are. Donny Piwowarski helped me in selling my home in Mountain House. I came to know Donny while doing a local search and have no prior connection. I interviewed many realtors and Donny stood out or all good reasons. He is a great listener, follow up is amazing. I chose Donny after interviewing a couple of agents. I liked that Donny sent me sales comps and other relevant information about my property even before I selected him. After meeting Donny, I was very impressed with his marketing and technology skills. He thought differently from the "old school" real estate agents and opened my mind about broadening the target buyer group to a larger geographical area. He recommended that I invest in installing new carpeting vs spending money on staging furniture as Donny was able to stage furniture "virtually". Donny is very professional in his approach. I appreciated that he always answered my calls and questions and kept me up to date on the sale and closing process. He was a trusted advisor on how best to get the home ready for sale and kept me calm during the stressful closing process. In sum, he delivered on all of the things that he said he would do. The property that I listed with Donny received an offer that I accepted in 4 days after listing. At the very least, consider giving Donny a chance to earn your trust and I believe that you will very happy that you did.
